Geena Davis
Geena Davis is known as an American producer, actress, writer, and feminist activist. Her work has received praise for every one of her TV roles as well as her various parts in Hollywood. Before her debut as a film actress, she worked as a fashion stylist and made it to the semi-finals of the Team of Women's Archery at Olympics. From her childhood, her passion of music has led to the learning of piano and flautist. She also played the organ at a church in Wareham. The path she took to become an actor began at New York City when she was a graduate of Boston University's Drama program. She struggled hard there and eventually worked in a variety of odd jobs, before obtaining a break in acting. It was her first big break as a model before she made her debut in the movie 'Tootsie' in 1982. Also, she was a part of several Television serials. She later enjoyed a very successful acting career and won an Oscar Award for her movie "The Accidental Traveler". The Golden Globe Award was also given to her for her work in a US television show. There are two sons as well as one daughter who is from her relationship with Reza Jarrahy. She works on many other social causes.
